“下(xia)基層、察民(min)情、解(jie)民(min)憂、暖民(min)心”實踐(jian)活動(dong)中,李建明從解(jie)決員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)身邊、保(bao)障生(sheng)產經(jing)營的(de)(de)實事小(xiao)事起,帶(dai)隊開(kai)展蹲點(dian)式、沉浸式調研(yan),充分(fen)(fen)聽(ting)取一線(xian)(xian)、基層員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)和(he)生(sheng)態(tai)圈合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)伙伴的(de)(de)意見建議,用(yong)心用(yong)情用(yong)力解(jie)決了一批(pi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)關(guan)心的(de)(de)實際(ji)問題,用(yong)“小(xiao)切口”推(tui)動(dong)“大(da)變化”。發揮黨組(zu)(zu)織戰斗堡(bao)壘(lei)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),由李建明牽頭,將公司(si)分(fen)(fen)散(san)在(zai)各(ge)地(di)市分(fen)(fen)公司(si)(項目部)的(de)(de)黨員(yuan)(yuan)集中起來(lai),以線(xian)(xian)上線(xian)(xian)下(xia)相結合(he)的(de)(de)方式開(kai)展黨日活動(dong)、召(zhao)開(kai)黨員(yuan)(yuan)大(da)會,抓好工(gong)程建設公司(si)黨的(de)(de)基層組(zu)(zu)織建設,加強黨員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)教育(yu)與管理(li),理(li)順黨組(zu)(zu)織管理(li)體制。公司(si)某重要資質申(shen)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)期(qi)間,李建明多(duo)次召(zhao)開(kai)資質申(shen)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)專(zhuan)班(ban)會議,統籌(chou)督(du)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)各(ge)部門工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進展,保(bao)證資質申(shen)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)順利推(tui)進;他親自帶(dai)隊遞送資料,結合(he)公司(si)實際(ji)向上級(ji)部門積(ji)極解(jie)答人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)社(she)保(bao)、股權結構等特殊情況(kuang),帶(dai)頭推(tui)進申(shen)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)流程,最終公司(si)成(cheng)功拿下(xia)該資質證書。
